Do you enjoy creating and driving relationships with key decision makers and helping them achieve their goals? We're looking for sales people who are fearless and confident, who present the message with clarity and persuasion, and who pretty much can put a smile on anyone's face.
Your primary responsibility will be to grow the college/university client base in your geographic region. This will be achieved through high standards, hard work and a demonstrated ability to drive new client sales while building strong, long term client relationships. If you enjoy identifying client needs and formulating solutions that put our offerings to work for them, can work independently while thriving in a team environment, and are articulate, conscientious, high energy and efficient, then being part of the Zinch sales team could be the job for you.
You don’t need any specific educational background – our motto is “I am more than a test score”, and we realize that that extends to degrees as well. That said, sales experience, particularly in the Higher Ed market is a plus.

You must have a passion for outstanding client service and a desire to “roll up your sleeves”. In addition, prospective candidates should be extremely client-focused, conscientious, high-energy and efficient.
You don’t need any specific educational background – our motto is “I am more than a test score”, and we realize that that extends to degrees as well. Background in Higher Ed can be a plus, though not must.
Product Managers & Associate Product Managers
→ Do you love dreaming up great web business ideas and then driving a team to bring the idea to life as a successful business?
→ Do you enjoy leading all of these discussions: What’s the right strategy? What are the best ways to acquire and engage users? What’s the best way to get features built with limited resources and time? What can we learn from our financial and analytics results?
→ Are you hyper-organized, love working with all sorts of people, and (though you hate to admit it) can be considered a workaholic? D
→ Do you love working in a start-up environment, where there is never enough process, but more than enough responsibility and opportunity?
If you answered yes to these questions, then this is the opportunity for you. We are the best way for students to find schools and scholarships. These roles offer the right entrepreneurial go-getters tremendous opportunities for impact, upside and professional development. Work with smart, innovative colleagues who are swinging for the fences in transforming access to higher education. You must be hungry to make a positive impact, self-motivated, and highly dependable.
Data Analysts / Project Managers
→ Do you get excited by the opportunity to manage complex data projects?
→ Are you obsessive about data accuracy, but at the same time, like to get things finished fast.
→ Are you super analytical? You model your world as a set of relational tables and think in Excel VLOOKUPs and pivot tables?
→ Are you hyper organized and can manage teams, but like to get your hands dirty and do what it takes to get projects over the line?
If you answered yes to these questions, then this is the opportunity for you. We are the best way for students to find schools and scholarships. As we grow fast, so does the size and complexity of our data.
We need someone who is both excited by the opportunity to drive large data entry projects and is analytical enough to crunch numbers and recommend better ways of doing things. To fit this role, you need experience that demonstrates why you easily answered "yes!" to the questions above. Technical experience is a big plus. You must be a power user of Excel. Speaking Chinese would also be great. You don’t need any specific educational background - our motto is "I am more than a test score", and we realize that that extends to degrees as well.

Our target markets are the high school and college crowds. These people live on the network. A lot of our marketing will happen online at social networking sites and viral video sites. We like people with expertise in SEO, SEM, analytics, e-mail campaigning, PPC advertising, guerilla marketing, mobile marketing and social media.
Interns: Part Time & Full Time
