There is a huge asian community here in St. Louis. I have lived here all 18 yrs of my live and I have actually attended a couple classes as a high school senior at Wash U. There is a HUGE asian community there (I have lunch with 6 people who are all asian:) but there is about 40% asian at Wash U i would guess. And there is a 'China Town' a few miles from Wash U. If you have any questions about STL or Wash U just ask me.
