Downtown Redevelopment in Kent, Ohio

With over $100 million in new construction, downtown Kent, Ohio is currently undergoing a massive redevelopment. Projects in various stages of construction include the Kent State University Hotel and Conference Center, the Kent Central Gateway, the Kent State University Esplanade Extension, Acorn Alley II and three additional commercial buildings that will house restaurants, stores and offices.
