Hello Daniel, you can apply online (https://apply.wisconsin.edu/). On that website you will have the choice of applying online or printing the application out. There is a $44 application fee. Just a reminder that our scholarship application is due today by 11pm (https://www2.uwstout.edu/foundation/Scholarships/). Thank You!

Hello Togba, Minnesota residents must complete and submit the reciprocity application to the Minnesota Office of Higher Education to be eligible for comparable Minnesota tution rates. Apply online at www.getredyforcollege.org after April 1, 2012.
