I'm Truman. There are many traits that come to mind when trying to fit myself into a nutshell. The first of which happens to be "determination." Not to be too cliche, but when I set a goal for myself, it gets accomplished. I don't claim to be the most intelligent person in the world, nor am I; however, I will tell you that I'm among the hardest working. My school life is an intense mix of really hard classes, clubs, homework, and...homework. Outside of school, I'm a musician and a songwriter. Check out my talent show uploads! I expect the best from myself and will accept nothing less.

I joined Key Club in my freshman year and kept on truckin' from there. I went on past the school level to be a district board member. There were countless weekend meetings.

I traveled to Orlando, Florida for the 2007 Key Club International Convention. Key Clubbers from all over the country and the world met here for a week to bask in the glory of service.

I spearheaded a Youth Summit that played host to about 360 high schools students from all over East Tennessee. The focus of the event was apathy in schools.

I won first place at a TSA competition in an event entitled Promotional Graphics. I designed a graphic fitting the event's parameters and apparently, the judges really liked it.
