It's a rainy day on campus as the last finals are being taken. Excitement is in the air with preparation for Graduation to bid farewell to the Spring graduating Class of 2012.

Everyone is invited to attend the Spanish convocation following graduation Saturday, May 12 at 11:30 am in the Multipurpose Room of the Student Union. The ceremony honors graduates from Spanish speaking families. You do not have to speak Spanish to attend.

The $10,000 Texas Science Scholar Talent Search
Beginning in Fall 2012, UTPB will offer a Bachelor of Science degree to qualified, full-time students majoring in Chemistry, Computer Science, Geology, Information Systems and Mathematics at a cost of $10,000 in tuition and fees for the four-year curriculum.
