Sweet Briar College
(Sweet Briar, VA)
Sweet Briar College IS different.
We're only for women. If you ask our students why they chose Sweet Briar, they'll talk about the academics, the beautiful campus, the welcoming community, the opportunities to get involved and to lead. Few, if any, will say they chose Sweet Briar because it's a women's college. Yet, many of our distinctive programs and opportunities are a direct result of our single-gender focus.
By specializing in the education of remarkable women, we're more in tune with you as a student and as a person. We provide leadership opportunities and strong academic programs - in the sciences, math, pre-medicine, pre-veterinary medicine and government for example - that typically cater to men at other schools.
