My name is Nesiba, but my family and friends call me Neska. I was born in Tuzla, Bosnia in 1991. After the war in Bosnia my family and I came to Chicago in 1997 hoping for a better life here . I currently attend Carl Schurz High School and I am a junior there. I plan on going into the field of medicine after high school, I plan on becoming a doctor. I can honestly say that I do not hate school. Sure, it gets overwhelming and annoying at times, but it can either make or break you. School is very important to me because education is what determines my future.
