The Wealth of Nations: Zinch Economics Scholarship ($776)

Amount: $776

Deadline: Nov.12.09

Eligibility: Adam Smith is the god of Economics. This scholarship is for students who are studying or interested in studying Economics, Business or Finance.

As with all Zinch scholarships, create a strong Zinch profile to apply. Your profile must be more than 50% complete to be eligible. Remember, the point of a Zinch Scholarship is to showcase who you are, so let us see who you really are.

Purpose: "By preferring the support of domestic to that of foreign industry, he intends only his own security; and by directing that industry in such a manner as its produce may be of the greatest value, he intends only his own gain, and he is in this, as in many other cases, led by an invisible hand to promote an end which was no part of his intention." from Wealth of Nations by Adam Smith

Super Student Stimulus Scholarship II ($5,555)

Amount: $5,555

Deadline: Nov.26.09

Eligibility: Students currently enrolled in college or students that will enroll in college in the next 12 months are eligible to apply.

Both the need and merit of the applicant will be considered. The Zinch profile will be the basis for choosing the winner. Your profile must be over 50% complete to be eligible for the scholarship.

Purpose:

Easy as Pi Zinch Scholarship ($3,142)

Amount: $3,142

Deadline: Nov.30.09

Eligibility: This scholarship is open to all high school students. As with all Zinch scholarships you will be judged on how strong your profile is. So create a strong Zinch profile.

Born In '92 Scholarship ($1,992)

Amount: $1,992

Deadline: Dec.15.09

Eligibility: Open to all students born in 1992 or any Junior in high school. International students are eligible to apply.

Born In '93 Scholarship ($1,993)

Amount: $1,993

Deadline: Dec.15.09

Eligibility: Open to all students born in 1993 or any Sophomore in high school. International students are eligible to apply.

Purpose:

2010 Grad School Scholarship ($5,000)

Amount: $5,000

Deadline: Dec.31.09

Eligibility: This scholarship is for anyone starting Graduate School in 2010. All programs and majors are eligible.

To apply for this scholarship, all you have to do is create a strong Zinch profile, with over 50% of your profile completed.

Purpose: Grad School is EXPENSIVE and financial aid outside of loans is limited. So we have a scholarship to help!

Sweet-diggity-dawg Zinch Scholarship ($20,000)

Amount: $20,000

Deadline: Jan.15.10

Eligibility: Current high school student graduating in 2010, 2011, or 2012. Must have a minimum GPA of 2.0. International students are also eligible for the scholarship. Your Zinch profile must be over 50% complete.

Judging: Both need and merit of the applicant will be considered. The Zinch profile will be the basis for choosing the winner. Be sure to complete your Zinch profile before the scholarship deadline.
