I'm not sure what you mean by athletic training or game design programs, but there are majors in Human Performance (http://www.usc.edu/dept/publications/cat2011/schools/college/exsc/undergraduate.html#humanperformance) and Kinesiology (http://www.usc.edu/dept/publications/cat2011/schools/college/exsc/undergraduate.html#bs).
