My name is Silken. I am a high school senior that is ready for my journey into the college experience. I have dreamed of college ever since my older sister left home to go to Eastern Michigan University when I was starting the eighth grade. Now that my turn is quickly approaching, I am just as excited and nervous as she was then. I feel I am well prepared and well qualified for the university level, and I just can't wait to step foot on campus!!!
