He who learns, teaches
I love learning and teaching! As a dedicated, committed, passionate person I have always been actively involved in my community and school by doing community service as well as extracurricular activities. I graduated from the University of Arizona in May of 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Africana Studies and Mathematics with an education option. I am now certified as a secondary mathematics teacher in Arizona and plan to teach math, a subject I absolutely love, after going to graduate school full time to earn a Masters in Public Administration with a concentration in nonprofit administration. My goal is to develop and run a nonprofit organization that provides educational serves to at-risk youth in the form of mentoring, athletics, tutoring and workshops to help them better succeed in school and develop life and social skills to succeed beyond secondary school. I am excited to develop a nonprofit organization that enables me to utilize my talents, abilities and skills to help young people achieve their goals and attain their dreams.
