Shepherd University's Lifelong Learning Program summer semester will host Food for Life by the Cancer Project cooking and nutrition classes, beginning June 12. Designed by physicians, nutrition experts, and registered dietitians, each class includes information about how certain foods and nutrients work to promote or discourage cancer growth, along with cooking demonstrations of simple and healthy recipes that can be recreated easily at home.

A heartbreaking loss for Shepherd's baseball team. After trailing by five runs, the Rams rallied for 2 runs in both the 8th and 9th, but came up just short, losing to Winston-Salem 6-5. The season has ended too soon, but we congratulate Coach Wayne Riser and his team on another fantastic season! GO RAMS!
