Hi, my name's Shannon. Common intro, right? Well, what I actually hope you'll most remember about me is not my name or my face, but what I hope for our world. As a student of multiple minorities and victim of domestic violence, I know what it's like to be left out. I have felt pain for many years, and hope that nobody ever has to go through the same kind of torment. That's why when I grow up, I want to work for social justice and in Art Therapy. By doing this, I hope to encourage a movement that'll ultimately advance the Arts, and lead our world to being a more socially accepting home for all.

- Participated in the Total Women's Modeling Program (aka modeling school) at John Casablanca's Modeling Agency.
- Jazz Dance
- Did a year of jazz dance at MJM Dance studios.

- Cross Country is brutal.
- Art
- Participated in a Portfolio Development class at the Museum of Art, Ft. Lauderdale. Everything was still-lifes, and medias covered included: oil paints, charcoal and various pencils. Considering to enroll again during grade 12.
- Community Service
- Volunteered weekly and for special events at Southwest Regional Library in Davie, FL. Dedicated over 120 hours total; planning to volunteer again in August 2008.

- Participated in many one-time community service events, i.e.: car wash, Relay for Life & putting up Christmas decrations. Also took part in the packaging process for a local magazine & aided teacher.
