Can you see the NYC skyline from the campus? I want to go to school near NYC but not exactly in the city.

If i were to visit the campus would i be able to spend a night there? As a prospective student from cincinnati ohio, it would be impossible to arrive, view campus, and leave in the same day as it is a 19 hour train ride.
