Eligibility:
* Must be in grades 9, 10, 11 or 12
* Must attend school in the same state as the sponsoring Ladies Auxiliary
* Home-schooled students are eligible; foreign-exchange students are not
* National winners of the past contests may not compete in future Young American Creative Patriotic Art Contests

Purpose:
To encourage creativity through artwork based on patriotic themes. First-place winners in the local contest will advance to the next round of judging.
