Application Overview:
Register and submit online a video Public Service Announcement (PSA) covering any topic about public safety. Topics such as but not limited to; Safe driving, bicycle safety, pedestrian awareness. A Student Release and Talent Release From must also be submitted.
Eligibility:
All applicants must follow the video guidelines. For more details see the Viral Video Official Rules. To be considered as a winner, an applicant must attend, or plan on attending, a credited college or university in the United States.
Purpose:
The DLG Viral Video Scholarship Contest�� was created as a community service project to help educate the public on safe driving practices by awarding a scholarship to the film student or video production enthusiast who creates the best public service announcement video. A high school winner and a college/university winner will be named.
