Playing with Purpose Scholarship

Submit an online application that will take approximately 10 minutes, and have the following information available:

• High School Transcript with Cumulative GPA and Weighted GPA
• SAT and/or ACT Scores
• High School Address and Phone Number

• Be a high school sophomore, junior, or senior
• Be a US citizen
• Play at least one sanctioned high school sport at the varsity level
• Must have a 2.0 minimum GPA
• Must be a committed follower of Christ and embody the Playing with Purpose message as follows: To PWP means to choose the narrow road, finding our significance and security in Christ alone, selflessly loving because he first loved us, and submissively surrendering our will for His will. It does not mean that we are perfect and without fault but it does mean that we are “absolutely committed” Christians. We train our bodies and mind to live with the following attitude found in Phil. 2:3-8

To ENCOURAGE - and reward Christian student athletes for their athletic accomplishments, academic achievements, and boldness to impact their generation through a life of Christian character; REINFORCE - the commitment of Christian student athletes to excel with integrity in every area of life; PRESENT - the accomplishments of high school Christian student athletes to colleges and universities for potential scholarships and media outlets for national recognition; CHALLENGE - athletes and coaches to become greater leaders by serving others.

The top Male and Female Athlete of the Year will both receive the maximum scholarship amount. Four Regional Winners and the top Male and Female Indianapolis and San Diego Regions athletes will each receive $500.
