Application Overview:
* Please provide a summary of your educational status including your GPA, accomplishments, and any extra-curricular activities. Also include a copy of your latest academic record and list three references.
* Submit a 1500 word book report (1.5 spacing), using one of the books on our Book List (attached) or a non fiction book or your choice. Reports will be evaluated according to normally accepted academic standards.
* Describe your career plans, goals and personal ambitions.
* Give an outline of your financial circumstances. Include the cost of tuition and board, travel, other associated costs and any contributions by you and/or your parents, etc.
* Attach all information together putting this form first. Do not staple.
Eligibility:
* Enrolled full-time at (or accepted to) a college or university program as an undergraduate or graduate student. (High school seniors, and others, may apply pending acceptance.)
* Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.5 on a scale of 4.0 (or similar grade assessment).
* Must also have citizenship in either the United States or Canada. No preference is given to students from either country.
