Application Overview:
* Register, create an application account and complete your student profile
* Submit online application after gathering the following information:
1) List of involvement in school and community activities
2) List of work experience
3) Current high school cumulative grade point average (GPA) on a 4.0 scale
4) The details of your outstanding achievement to be expressed in an essay
* Applicants selected for further consideration will be notified to submit high school transcripts and an applicant appraisal confirming the outstanding achievement

Eligibility:
* Be United States citizens or legal residents living or claiming residency in one of the 50 U.S. states, District of Columbia or Puerto Rico
* Be current high school seniors who plan to enroll full-time in an accredited two-year or four-year college or university in the United States by fall of the application deadline year
* Demonstrate ambition and drive as evidenced by outstanding achievement in school, community, or the workplace
* Be recommended by an unrelated adult who can attest to the student's achievement
* Employees, financial professionals or immediate family members of employees and financial professionals of AXA Group, U.S. News & World Report and Scholarship America or their affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible
* Be current high school seniors who plan to enroll full-time in an accredited two-year or four-year college or university in the United States by fall of the application deadline year

Purpose:
The AXA Achievementsm Community Scholarship Program brings advice and access to higher education into every community in which AXA has a presence. Scholarships are distributed to high school seniors who demonstrate: ambition and drive; determination to set and reach goals; respect for self, family and community; and ability to succeed in college.
