Application Overview:
Each applicant must submit an application. Application includes a document providing background information, a 500 word essay and one letter of recommendation from a teacher, counselor or administrator. This recommendation letter is to focus on two subjects: how the student is viewed by other students and by how the student is viewed by the teaching staff. Transcript verifying GPA must be included.
Eligibility:
* Applicant must CURRENTLY be a High School student (or home schooled) in the United States.
* Cumulative 4-year Grade Point Average between 3.50 and 3.74. (Unweighted).
* Student should be attending an accredited 4-year University or College.

Purpose:
A scholarship fund was been established in Ashley's name to carry on her desire to help others. The non-profit 501(c)(3) fund provides scholarships for students throughout the United States. The fund also assists student organizations and anti-drunk-driving agencies with educational programs.
