Eligibility:
* Enrolled in school fall semester.
* Citizen or permanent resident of the U.S. or Canada.
* Enrolled at a two - or four-year college or university in the U.S. or Canada.
* Entering second year at a two-year school, junior or senior year at a four-year school, or entering or returning year of graduate study.
* Cumulative 3.0 grade point average (GPA), or greater, on a 4.0 U.S. scale.
* Undergrads: minimum 30 credit hours completed for a two-year school, or 60 credit hours for a four-year school by the end of the current semester.
