Eligibility:
All college bound high school students and current college students are eligible and are welcome to apply. All applicants must have a US postal zip code within the US fifty states. To qualify students must sign up with HP Academy Store (sign up is free). Also when signing up at the HP Academy Store, high school students are eligible - they should simply indicate one of the college's they plan to attend in the future. For more details, read the Official Rules.
Purpose:
