I prefer to be called as Tank. Yeah, the ruler in war movies you saw. I asked one of my Canadian teachers for a nice English name but he came up with this, maybe because I looked tough and act like a strong machine when working. I didn't like it in the beginning, but I think it represents me well. I am mentally very strong, and I am very intense in what I do - I study hard, play hard, and even laugh hard. I like this nickname now.
There is not enough space for this "20 seconds of me" any more to start a new story, but one thing I can tell you is that Tank is the one you do not want to miss
Extracurricular
- "Pi Project"
- I have been working on my own project called "Pi Project." I was fascinated with the number (actually it is a ratio) that does not repeat itself after the decimal point. Pi is the first irrational number I had encountered so I have always wanted to know h
- Debate
- We talked about social issues of todays. Every week, we had new topic. We choice topic at least a week ahead and did some research for the topic. When we gather, we divided into two teams - yes or no - and debated.
- Varsity kicker!
- I did not know how to play this sport at first but I sure knew how to kick. I made many good field goals and I remember one game that our team won with the score of 14 to 12 and those two points were scored by my kicking. Because of my lack of experience,

- First year wrestler, "almost" made it to the state! I went to the regional, but unfortunately lost. Still, it was a great experience knowing all those nice wrestling friends.

- I tried out many different areas and I earned pretty good number of medals in the conference. I participated in this activity to work out, rather than to compete.

- After reading an assigned book, we discussed the topics and scientists in the book. The club teacher was a biology teacher so she tended to choose biology-related books but we went through all scientific areas from oceanology to the astronomy.
