Roxanne Nava
Follow messageMy name is Roxanne and I am currently a sophmore at Mills College. I have been actively involved in the Health Careers Academy at Palmdale High School program for four years. Throughout my high school career I managed to juggle my internships at hospitals, althetics and maintain an overall GPA of 4.3 by graduation. I have taken those skills into my college, where I am pursing to gain a B.S. in Nursing. My desire to join the medical field has led me to get this far in my education, and develop everlasting friendships at local community events and health care centers in my hometown. My passion to help others will eventually lead me to the Pediatric Oncology department where I hope to become the Nurse Practitioner and ray of hope and delight to young children battling their disease.
