extremely well-rounded student
I am a sophomore in Stuyvesant High School and I am not your average teenage girl. I have a very outgoing yet charismatic personality. I always strive for the top and I always try to challenge myself. Either in my school or in my community I display great leadership. I am part of the student body government as the class president. Even though I excel in my academics I am also very well-rounded. I am very interested in the arts and I always look for different ways to express my creativity, from drawing pictures in my notebook to singing and playing my flute at my local hospital and nursing home. I am also athletic! I am one of the top players of the Stuyvesant Varsity Golf Team, which is also the city championship winner of 2010! I have also come in ranks 1-3 in several individual championships.

StuyLink 2010 to Now
LiNK Chapters are all about individuals who want to make a difference in the humanitarian crisis in North Korea. LiNK Chapters do two things: spread awareness and raise money to make freedom opportunities for North Koreans possible.

SING! 2010 to 2011
SING! is an annual student created theatre production. There is one "SING!" created for each grade. For the Sophomore class SING! I was the costume director.

Golf 2008 to Now
Stuyvesant Girl's Varsity Golf. This past season, we won the PSAL City Championship. I also competed in the PSAL Individual Championship and placed 3rd.

CAPA Summer Camp 2010 to Now
During the summer of 2010, I volunteered at CAPA and assisted the calligraphy teacher. CAPA is a program for 5-12 year olds.

Stuy Model United Nations 2009 to Now
In Model UN, students step into the shoes of ambassadors from UN member states to debate current issues on the organization's agenda. Students make speeches, prepare draft resolutions, negotiate with allies and adversaries, resolve conflicts, and navigate the conference rules of procedure - all in the interest of mobilizing "international cooperation" to resolve problems that affect countries all over the world.

Student Union 2010 to Now
The student union is the student council. student run government of Stuyvesant High School. After a series of elections the cabinet is elected. For the the class of 2013, I was elected president this year.

The Jangoo is a traditional korean instrument. I played this instrument in our school's annual Korean Culture Festival.

Director of Member Affairs
American Lung Association Club 2011 to Now
This branch of the American Lung Association club in stuyvesant highschool is a great opportunity to spread awareness about lung diseases and such in out school community as Director of Member Affairs my job is to act as the speaker for the members of the club. If they have any concerns or rsuggestions to make this club better, I have to address the problem to the president. I have to coordinate meeting and have icebreakers. Another important job is to take attendence and record member hours.

Walking Together VBS 2011 to Now
VBS is a program for patients with developing handicaps and for people with ADD/ADHD or cerebral palsy. At this day camp we care for these disabled people and teach them the bible.
