    Dr. Bob Dyer, Robertson School of Government assistant dean for administration and associate professor, was honored at a recent ceremony by the Hampton Roads chapter of the American Society for Public Administration. Dyer is the 2012 recipient of the Julian F. Hirst Award for Distinguished Service, given each year to a Hampton Roads public administrator for distinguished service to their community. Congratulations, Dr. Dyer!
