Reed College
Founded in 1908, Reed College offers programs through the Divisions of the Arts; History and Social Sciences; Letters and Languages; Mathematics and Natural Sciences; and Philosophy, Education, Religion, and Psychology. Its beautiful 116-acre campus includes a canyon and a lake, located in residential southeast Portland. With a 10:1 student faculty ratio, Reeds students regularly excel and win Fullbright, Watson Science, and other fellowships, with a high percentage of Reed graduates going on to earn Ph.Ds. Approximately half of Reed students receive financial assistance, with the average package around $33,090. Opportunities abound for Reed students, who have access to internships, career advising, as well as the chance to pursue a dual degree or study abroad.
