Rachel Myers
Follow message"Hello, sweetie!" I'm Rachel. I'm 16 years old and a senior at a small school in Northen California. I'm an AP student, avid varsity volleyball player and swimmer, ASB Publicity Director, and a school yearbook editor. I have way too much on my plate, but I love everything that I have had the privilege to be a part of!
Who am I? In the words of the Doctor (from Doctor Who), "I don't know yet. I'm still cooking." And, really, that's what we all do. We cook. In the words of Chuck Palahniuk, "Nothing of me is original. I am the combined effort of everybody I've ever known."
In ten years, I would like to see myself as a pediatrician, doing two things that I've always loved - working with children and continuing my learning and understanding of the human body, which are two of the things I enjoy most in life. However, I'm still not 100% sure what I'd like to become at such a young age.
Simply put, I'm here looking for scholarships. Also, colleges. While Stanford and UC Berkeley are my "dream schools", I want to learn about other colleges than the ones I may not know about, but have a lot to offer as well.
The best of luck to all of you in your scholarship and college searches :)
