In my limited life experience, I have found that one of the hardest things to do, is define oneself. There are the basics, like I have twin brothers, paint, and play soccer. There are the deeper thoughts, such as I take school seriously, prefer small groups of friends, and love science fair. There are the oddities, like being left-handed, and being able to move my ears. There are the confessions, such as I can't spell to save my life, and feel insecure sometimes.
But, really, what defines a person is not their height or abilities, it is their own ambitions. And mine have never been
Extracurricular
- J.V. High School Soccer Team
- Volunteer at St. Augustine Lighthouse and Museum
- Volunteer every summer for the past four years working with summer-campers at the St. Augustine Lighthouse and Museum
- Attended 10 day Lead America Conference in Washington D.C.
- Homeless Coalition
- Helped sort and box donated clothing for the homeless.
- Love Letters
- Made cards for sick children with kids from Murray Middle School and St. Augustine High School
- EF Exchange Program
- Hosted a French student from Alsace France in my home for three weeks.
- Sister Cities Exchange Program
- St. Augustine FL is a sister city with Aviles, Spain. I took part in a month long cultural exchange between these two cities, with both kids from St. Augustine, and kids from Aviles
- St. Augustine High School National Honors Society
- Ancient City Soccer League
- I have played soccer for Ancient City Soccer for over five years, and this season, I am an assistant coach for a U-12 team (under 12 years old).
