Hi Zayna- thanks for your interest in OCAC in Portland. We are a private non profit college so we only have one type of tuition charge (there is not in state or out of state charge like at public colleges). Our current tuition cost is $987/credit or $22,614 for full-time enrollment (24-30 credits) for one whole year. This is before any scholarships or federal financial aid. When someone applies they need to submit the portfolio digitally, so yes taking digital photos would be great. While you are building up your portfolio we always like to see work in person if its possible. You can see us when we are on the road in NY before you move. We'll be at two portfolio days in NY this fall- when the schedule is up you can grab the dates at www.portfolioday.net.
