                I applied to Ohio University last fall with the freshman application but I am looking to apply again as a transfer student for spring 2011 or fall 2012. Would I have to pay the application fee again? Also, how do I switch my application status from freshman to transfer or do I just fill out the transfer application instead? Thanks. :)
