Even as a young child, I've always had the same dreams and ambitions throughout my entire life. Now at the the age of sixteen, I've come to the realization that it's never to early to start looking into scholarships. Any amount of money that I can gain, whether it be little or grand, will help toward my tuition and ultimately, my goal. I am a current sophomore in high school, residing in Dallas, Texas who is determined to gain what she wants in life. Even as a young girl, I've always had that same love and passion towards cultures, sociology and languages. I speak English, Spanish, and hopefully with the college credit I gain my senior year, German. I plan to use my ardent passion of the world and it's peoples by applying my skills of certain languages towards my career and essentially my major, which hopefully will be in International studies and/or International business. As of right now, I'm in German Club, Academic Decathlon and HOSA. With all of these extracurricular activities, decent academics, and my determination of my future, I can hopefully gain my ultimate goal in life which is: to help my family and myself become financially stable, to travel and live outside of the U.S, and continue to execute the career that I love, every single day knowing that I worked hard for it.
With this, hopefully I am one step closer in fulfilling that dream.
