Milwaukee School of Engineering is an independent university with about 2,500 students. Its 15-acre campus offers a close-knit community nestled in a vibrant downtown neighborhood. This video includes scenes from the Raider Rally and parade down Milwaukee Street and Broadway, the official proclamation signing by President Viets and St. Pat, and of course, the ceremonial cutting of neck ties!
