Success in Inglewood has been a challenge for many people.As a child, I witnessed daily the homeless roaming the streets.I recall my godfather pulling over and picking up the homeless to take them to eat anywhere they wanted.I always saw his generosity as an act of true kindness and knew someday I wanted to do the same.I contributed to the homeless by singing louder and louder at the places where I knew the homeless would be.I felt a great need to help them at my young age, even if it was only to bring a smile to their faces.Making a difference pushes me to be succesful in life and in school.

Extracurricular

Anime Club

Anime club is designed not only to learn about Japan's animation or manga (comics) but also to learn about their culture, language, music, style of clothing, and drawing.

Academic Tutoring

Assined a classroom at Hudnall Elementary School to help children one-on-one to improve their undertanding for classwork, improve their reading, and english for those who do are barely learning it.

SMC Launchpad Program

For the Spec 2D Animation class I learned to improve my drawing skills and made a small cartoon for my final. For the Web Animation I class I learned to work with the progrma Adobe Flash and made my own music video for my final using hte techniques I lear
