Does this really have to be in twenty seconds? I'm Melanie. :) I will be the first in my family to go to college.You see, my parents never went and I am the oldest of three children. Family is very important to me. VERY. Important. I want to achieve, whether it be with theatre, art, interior design, graphic design or education. I love to design. Creativity, dance, performing and volunteering are my passions.

- Colorguard 2008 to 2010
- I was in colorguard for my first two years of high school. We were flag twirlers, rifle spinners, and sabre flippers. And we were proud. We would practice twice a week, for four hours. First semester, band and us were attached by the hip. We made routines with the band'
- Interact 2009 to Now
- We volunteer, we get involved, we interact. 'Cause Interact is where it's at! (I made that nifty slogan. Uh-huh, that's right.) We work in part of the Rotary Club, and use our many talents and people to help out the community and others. I was President Junior year, and now I am Secretary of the club.
- Ballet 2002 to 2008
- I was in Ballet since 2nd grade. It was my dream to be a prima ballerina in Kindergarten. Two years later, I found out that my neighbor was an amazing dance teacher. I was so excited! I started right away, and my ballet teacher was a great friend, teacher
