      How far are you away from the University of Mayland Eastern Shore? What is the difference between the two schools?

        University of Maryland Eastern Shore is an HBCU. UMES Is off the coast by beaches, while UMCP is very close to Washington, DC; and connected to city life.

        The difference also is that University of Maryland College Park has higher standards to get accepted while UMES you only need like a 2.5 GPA and standard SAT scores.
