Founded in 1826, MICA (Maryland Institute College of Art) is the oldest degree-granting college of art in the nation. MICA has developed a reputation as the leader in the education of tomorrow’s top artists and designers. The college offers 14 studio majors, two liberal arts majors, 15 studio concentrations, six liberal arts minors, as well as a range of dual degree and 5th year capstone masters programs.
