Founded in 1826, MICA (Maryland Institute College of Art) is the oldest degree-granting college of art in the nation. Hey im very interested in going to college at M.I.C.A ive grown up in the baltimore area my whole life and love it. I was just wondering if you guys offer full scholarships and do you have an out of state resident fee?
