- Piano Performance
- Well my parents are both music teachers, so I was basically born playing my scales. Haha, but really, I've played and performed piano since age 6. (:

- I'm a member of Math Club. Go math!
- Faith Forum
- I'm a member of the Faith Forum where representatives from major religions come and answer questions. It's a great venue to get an unbiased presentation of differing religious views.
- San Jose Aquatics
- Swimming has played a major role in my life. I joined my local team at age 7 and fell in love with the sport. I practiced and competed year round until junior year when I had to quit due to health problems.
- Community Outreach
- Through my Bible class at school, I had the opportunity to make weekly visits to a nearby elementary school to tutor a 1st grader and lead Kindergarten Kids Club. It was so incredibly fun!
- Children's Recovery Center of Northern California
- My current volunteer home is the Children's Recovery Center of Northern CA. It's a place for kids with serious medical issues who still require constant care but no longer need hospitalization. I get to play with, read to, and provide a friend for these a

- I served as a counselor on the Valley Christian Jr. High Breakaway weekend retreat.

- I played trombone in marching band for two years. I was low brass section leader during sophomore year.

- I am co-founder/President for Scrabble Club. What's more fun than a club that plays Scrabble during lunch?
- Varsity swimming team
- I competed for my varsity high school swim team for three years. During junior year I led as a co-captain.
- Abolitionist Society
- I'm the instrumental music department head for Abolitionist Society which strives to bring awareness and raise funds for ending human trafficking all around the world.
- Interact Club
- I serve as Director of the Board for the newly founded Interact Club. We raise funds for the international project of "End Polio Now" and our community project of helping disadvantaged families.
- Wind Ensemble
- I've been in Wind Ensemble for all four years of high school. Freshman year I played trombone, and sophomore through senior year I was French Horn section leader.

- I am the Conservatory Representative for my school's ASB. The Conservatory is an intensive visual and performing arts program at my school. As its representative on ASB, it's my job to make sure the rest of the school knows about all the cool performances
