I simply love to read and write. I even plan to write my own books someday and I hope everyone will love them. But for now my main goal is to go to college, where I will major in English and then join the Peace Corps. I hope I will get sent to Liberia Africa because they have a lack of teachers due to the war. I will be the FIRST of 14 grandchildren to graduate from an actual high school. And financial aid will really come in handy after I graduate in June. I'm a head-strong girl with big dreams and I cannot wait to experience life and all it has to offer me. Now all I need is a scholarship!!!

Extracurricular

I have been an active member in my schools GSA since my freshmen year in high school. And I plan to continue help fight for equality amongst all.

The Heritage Ledger

I am currently a staff writer on my schools newspaper, the Heritage Ledger. Where i write 1-3 columns per issue.

Young Women of Worth

I am a member of Young Women of Worth. A club that promotes positivity among all, and helps teenage girls deal with the preasssures of school, relationchips, peer preasure, family, etc...

Whenever

Though i do not do it officially (as in my schools team or a club team) I do enjoy playing volleyball whenever i can. I actually have a plan to try out for both my schools team and a club team my senior year in high school.

Parade

I will be walking in my schools homecoming parade with fellow members of our schools Gay Straight Alliance. Celebrating our school, and cheering on our varisity football team!
