Survived first semester! 2nd semester starts soon!
I'm 19, graduated HS 2010, began college Fall 2011. Born on St.Croix, USVI. My mom is Caucasian but my dad is Hispanic. I lived in the Caribbean until I was 11, and then moved to Maine. I like to read, draw, sail, play sports, listen to music and hang out with friends. I'm what you could call a "typical teenager" but only at first glance.
I'm greatly enjoying my freshman year of college at the University of Southern Maine. Survived the first semester, and prepared for the next round of classes to begin! I've been working as a contributor and Staff Photographer for the student newspaper at my University, titled 'The Free Press', essentially since arriving on campus. This semester I will be submitting a portfolio to be accepted as a Bachelor of Fine Art major in Studio Art with a concentration in Photography.
Photography is my passion. I want to attend college to major in photography (BFA), so that I can work for National Geographic and travel the world. I uploaded only a small portion of my photography to Zinch, more on my Facebook.
