I attended the Oregon Institute of Technology in Klamath Falls, OR. I'm originally from the Portland area and really enjoy city life. It was hard at first getting used to living in such a rural area like Klamath Falls which is so far from a large metropolis.
After coming to OIT for a tour of campus and a few meetings with professors, I knew OIT was the college for me. Small classes (only 15 other students in my Junior Project class) and the chance to get to know all my professors really sold me on OIT.
I'm currently finishing up two last classes that I need before I receive my degree for Computer Software. These last four years have turned out to be great (despite being stuck in Klamath Falls). Living on campus has allowed me to meet all types of people here at OIT. While I'm glad to finally be done, it's sad seeing people leave and leaving those who will be here next year behind.
