Othello High School Class of 2012
OTHELLO, WA
I'm not popular, but I am me. That's all I need.
I can be really fun once you get to know me. Until then, I am shy and quiet. I have learned throughout my years to not care how others think of me as. It can get kind of depressing after a while.
I like to hang out with my friends a lot, but I really enjoy makeing new friends. New kids are always so fun to get to know. I also love to read. Put any book in front of me and I'll read it. I enjoy getting to play my bass clarinet. I know it's sort of a cliche, but music is my life. Luckily, all of my friends agree with me. People think we look pretty weird when we dance to Michael Jackson in the Band Hall at my high school, but we don't care.
I am in my high school's Speech and Debate club. I have been chosen to be Co-President this year. There are only nine of us this year and I am the worse of the group, but we always have so much fun. I am severly stage fright, but I am slowly getting over it. My senior year has definetily been the best out of my four years in Speech. I was in Leo's Club, but when I got my job at the library all of their activities were when I was working. I was also in Book Club. As I said earlier, I love reading, and when is free books ever bad? However, I had to quit because of the fact that I couldn't make it to all of the meetings. In the fall, I started my second year of Running Start. It's always fun, but it is a lot different from high school.
