Follow messageMy name is Jessica Foureau. I was born March 9, 1991 in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. I am 18 years old and a freshman at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. I am a Biology major and I am striving to graduate Summa Cum Laude in four years. I plan on becoming an obstetrician/gynecologist or a neonatologist. My only problem is that my family is not very wealthy so I do not know how I'm going to pay for college and medical school. Extracurricular
- Marching Band
- I have been a clarinet player in the marching band since I was in the 7th grade.
- Jazz Band
- I learned to play the saxophone during my junior year of high school. I'm not sure if I want to continue with the saxophone, but I may.
- Track and Field

- I was apart of the field section. I was a javelin, discus, and shot-put thrower. But I also participated in the 100 and the 200.
- Cross Country
- I did cross-country for two years. I prefer regular track though because I am better with speed than with distance.
- JROTC
- This is an army program. But it doesn't mean that you have to join the armed forces after high school. It just helps you to learn discipline.
- Concert Band
- I played the clarinet in the concert band also.
- Cheerleading
- Self-explanatory.

- This means that I have maintained at least an 85 during my high school career. And I have been active in school and in my community. This includes extra-curricular activities, leadership positions, community activities, work experience, recognition, and a

- SWAAT is a volunteering group that has been going on in my school for about 10 years or so. I joined during my sophomore year in high school so that I could help out my community.

- I started a magazine at my church in which anybody would be able to submit some of their poems, writings, and artwork.

- I am the Battalion Commander, which is the leader, of the Hillside High School army JROTC. I am in charge of about 90 or so cadets.
