Class of 2010. High school. I write. I read. I art. I swim. I am a part-time college student in my senior year of high school (via the College Connection program). I have committed to enroll at the University of California in Merced, and I plan on double majoring in Computer Science and Cognitive Science. I want to go on to graduate school to get my master's degree in computer science and my doctorate or post-doctorate in cognitive science/neuropsychology.

- I am involved in my high school's up and coming jazz band.
- NaNoWriMo
- National Novel Writing Month, to be exact. The goal is to write a 50,000-word novel in one month-- the month of November. It's on the honor system, and the only rewards for finishing are a printout certificate and the satisfaction of "I did it!"
- Shasta Living History Docents
- I dressed up as a real person from 1860's Shasta County and taught elementary school kids crafts and history from the era.
- ACTS Youth Media Team
- Running powerpoint/media slideshow Sunday mornings/Tuesday night. Weekly.
- Middle School Band
- Played in my middle school band for 3 years.

- I took 3 years of violin lessons from my school.

- I taught myself the piano, played the trumpet (as well as the flute) in my middle school's band, and also taught myself to play the alto saxophone.
