The "Juan Percent" Faculty member Lalo Alcaraz, the man behind the syndicated weekly comic "La Cucaracha," created "Mexican Mitt," Romney's alter-tweeter @MexicanMitt, aka "The Most Mexican Man in the World" about a month ago. Alcaraz has been drawing his political cartoons for twenty years, first for the LA Weekly and now for the LA Times and other newspapers.
