- On a gorgeous Sunday morning, 182 undergraduates and 71 graduate students received their degrees at Hollins University's 170th Commencement Exercises, held May 20, 2012. Here are just a few of the day's highlights, starting with the gathering on Back Quad to begin the procession through Main Building, followed by the ceremony on Hollins' historic Front Quadrangle, and concluding with the Hollins faculty's salute to the class of 2012 in front of the Cocke Memorial Building and the celebration with family and friends.
