      It was a clash of Haverford musicians past and present when alum band Broadside Electric invited current student group the Attic Stairs to open for them last weekend at MilkBoy. If you know people in either band, you'll want to click through for pics and a dispatch from the show.

      Kesav Wable '02 tells us that HBO is airing his short film, For Flow, Feb. 4 (at 12:25 p.m. EST) and Feb. 5 (at 11:50 p.m. EST), and that it's onDemand all month. The movie (as mentioned in the FALL 2011 issue of Haverford magazine) is based on his play about two aspiring rappers waiting for a producer named Flow on a deserted Bronx street corner. In July, the film was one of five finalists for the HBO American Black Film Festival.
