I was not a model high school student. Growing up is no easy task; add the stresses of family issues, depression, college dreams, financial issues, social anxieties, and academic requirements and you are almost required to feel overwhelmed. Using my own experience as a student for inspiration, I am determined to become a high school counselor to help students be successful. It is impossible for anyone to conquer all of life's obstacles alone, and I intend to dedicate my life to providing the necessary guidance I never recieved.
